Katie posted a query today that I particularly appreciated, so I'm going to imitate it here. Her complaint was contentment and mine is sorrow.
Between the two of us, we span a strange continent.

So you're the artistic equivilant of an engineer? What is it, exactly, that you make? It would be a great comfort if you created components for something I might have in my house.

I doubt you could fit this in your house. I doubt you had a first generation TiVo, or a Jaguar with the in-car voice regonition. I'm sure they don't let regular folks have cell phone base stations, but you may have had a laser printer or two.
