I'm looking for a new roommate again. If you hear of anyone intelligent, reliable, and sane, please throw them my way.

It's a bright two bedroom second floor apartment by the foot of the Drive. (You can see the Waldorf from the balcony). Rent's 910/month split between us, with another 100 or so for utilities, net included. Laundry's in the building, though tokens for the washing machine are a buck each, bought from the landlord. I've got two friendly cats, we're right by some major bus routes, and I've just started painting it nice and pretty colours.

Ah, Venice. I can't imagine what rent is like in Venice. Antony lives in Beverly Hills, hearing about that wwas nightmare enough.

Now that I googled the Drive, I take what I said back. $910 would be what I would pay if you and I and two or three other people split the rent evenly. It boggles my mind to learn what people in other major cities pay for rent. The houses in my neighborhood sell for over a million dollars. I live in the bad part of Venice. Rent on our two-bedroom plus den: $2600

To be honest, if I were in a position to switch countries right now, I would jump at the chance to be your roommate.
