I really cant help but think about farcical movies such as The Mist. Not that I am opposed to this device or the experiments. I think we're really being rather slow and lazy as a species in terms of scientific exploration of the universe. A great example would be our daily dependence on a fossil fuel technology that has barely evolved in what...100+ years? However, the idea of reproducing busts of the origin of the universe cant help but inspire some 50's sci-fi level imaginings!
It's true! I can't help but think about how completely wonderful humanity is when I look at things like this. How very improbable, how wickedly clever!
